Back Mouse Syndrome -Case Report-

Abstract
Back mouse syndrome is a disease causing low back pain and painful, fibrous fatty nodules found in the lumbosacral area. It often could be misdiagnosed as lumbosacral disk herniation, radiculopathy etc. We describe 1 patient in 54 years-old who was diagnosed as back mouse syndrome complaining of low back pain with right knee pain and then improved the symptoms after repetitive lidocaine injection.
